You will not be famous or rich. Your minor nightlife connections, the artists you do drugs with, the designers, curators, trust funders, children of famous artists or actors or whatever, great grand children of vanderbilts, the kids you surround yourself with in a symbiotic way will never get you the job you want. You give these people authenticity, theyre running from their wealth. You in turn back peddle on your morals and bite your tongue so you can escape poverty. Thats the symbiosis. You are a normal person they kno, a novelty. And they are your way out. It wont happen though. It will never happen. It has never really worked out for anyone before. To be honest youre not genetically blessed enough and you also never did and never will go to grad school. Theres no institution behind you. So just focus on doing what makes you feel good and smart and safe and like youre being true to what you value
