There is something to be said about tumblr being one of the few social platforms where you can still code your own page, other than like blogspot or whatever i guess. But like im pretty sure a bunch of people who are into coding rn probably wouldn’t have thought of that as a path if they hadn’t started using tumblr in their younger years. Like insta etc. is so locked down and controlled its nice that the internet is still creative over here.
