I think the most upsetting part is these games were marketed as a community, or maybe the developers really wanted to create a community. Amazing art and storytelling and fun and comedy was pumped into children’s internet entertainment in the aughts and tens. That was then quickly sold off to generate more revenue, or replaced with lower quality or malfunctioning platforms. This is playing out with major social platforms now. These companies all folded. So anyway I’m saying we should be backing up our hard drives now.
